Firefox help please

I enlarge the text on some forums to make it readable on 1600 x 1200 by pressing Ctrl +. Anyone know how to make larger text stick so I don't have to do it every time I open Firefox?

Tools on the top of the window, options, general, fonts & colors

then in there you can change the sizes.

One more: How do I keep Outlook express from opening a new Firefox window everytime I click on a link in an email? I want it to use the same window.

Right click link and select open in new tab

Thanks. That works for links on web sites. How about for links in emails?
What happens is I get a bunch of email notifications for various forums and as I open the links I end up with a whole bunch of browser windows. That didn't happen with IE. With IE it would open the links in the same window.
