Feel free to start off slow, post them here and work your way up. This way if something does go wrong you will still have overclocked scores posted here that you could use for FW's.

First try running two PSU's, GPU 1 now gets 0 voltage. Not sure if thats was what got it, it was working great last time out and running low VGPU. It's kind of a mystery to me actually.

Really sorry to hear about the card.

But on the bright side that's probably the best wc'ing config I've ever seen. Sky high speeds and tightened down.
