Frequent crashes while gaming, need help!

I checked my DxDiag today to see if my GPU drivers were right, and under drivers it said:

And this doesn't seem right as the drivers from AMD are version 13.4

There you go. Get the latest and rerun, might be as simple as the driver, might be your card went bad. Try the simple stuff first. Update the drivers and rerun the GPU stability tests. Same as before I'd say, about 10 hours or more.

Only then order a new card.
