frys 2.8 piv wit mb or wait for 3.0 retail with mb?

I guess frys has been running the 2.8 800fsb with some mb for 169.99
and last week it was the 3.0 800fsb bare for 189.99.
I guess it comes down to free mb. Should I wait for the 3.0 to come
with a retail chip?
I realize I won't be able to oc with the cheap mb.

well, most likely the mobo sucks anyways and you would want to get a new one in the first place, but i say just get the 3.0 and get a good mobo also, like a ABIT Ic7-G, that thing OC's real well!
