I would assume because it has better performance, even if it's at a lower speed.

I hope so or they would be messing up big time. The fx 6200 is cheaper then the supposed price of the 6300. I doubt that the 6300 has better IPC that it can out do a 300mhz faster CPU. I think they will be selling it based on the tdp. The 6200 has a 125w and the 6300 has a 95w so it should be able to overclock higher than the 6200.
