Depends on the 4890 - I get plenty of volts on my HIS 4890, no voltmods, just software control. Depending on the 4890, hardmods may not be necessary.

Yep! I'd forgotten that the 4890 can give plenty of volts in software. I might throw a few extra caps on it for fun. Who knows!

I've never benched seriously or even been to one. I would love to attend one just for the knowledge and watch. I know a lot but havent dedicated time.
