First: Don't buy Dell products through Amazon. Most of the Amazon sellers are not "authorized resellers", so you'll get exactly zero warranty support. Besides, this authorized reseller has it almost €60 cheaper (including VAT).

Second: You've linked a 43" 3840x2160 TV and a 27" 2560x1440 monitor. These are not comparable.
 
It's for gaming and work.

Currently a GTX 1070 but if required could get a GTX 1080 Titman

Why the different resolutions, bigger screen equals more pixels. For instance 1440 res on a 27 inch monitor looks about the smallest text size I would want without playing around with magnification. Currently I generally use a 42inch 1080P LCD and always set the text magnification to around 70-75%. If possible In games I mess with FieldOfView value in ini files to give a wider view hence the GTX 1070 for 1080P gaming...
