Why the memory frequency changed? It is too high now. It's at 1070 mhz when its only rated for 800.

Took out the other memory and oc the memory per board manual

And the memory is 1066-8500

Hold on a sec, back up. Did you say you disabled core 0? I thought core 0 is the only one you can't disable?
