HELP!!! with the Q6600!!! only 2 cores visible

HELP!!!

I just built a new PC and CPUz is telling me I only have 2 cores on my Q6600

How can i fix this, PLEASE HELP!!!
Its at stock speeds

Did you migrate from a dual core to your current quad, using the same install of XP? Do all four cores show up in Device Manager, and which HAL is installed (expand "Computer" in Device Manager)?

I just built this PC

the mobo and video cards were second hand.
I just intalled windows from scratch, In device manager it only shows 2 cores.

I assume that under the "CPU Configuration" page in the BIOS that all 4 cores are set to Enabled?

hahaha!! i ran a quad core for almost a year using only 2 cores at 1.8GHz... i felt mighty stupid when i found out!!
