yep 49mhz is right. i had the ak31 screaming at 196 mhz fsb and the board only has a 1/4 divider. agp tearing was the only thing holding me back from hitting 200 mhz fsb

yes a 40 gig western digital. nothing special about it. this drive has been running 24/7 for the most part since january without a single problem. only time it ever gets turned off is for upgrades.
