In Windows? Hit prt scr aka print screen. That's kind of like "screen copy". Then go to MS Paint and paste it in there, and save it as a JPEG. Don't feel bad about asking. It's not something that most people know anyway, just the people that post a lot of pics, etc.
 
rock on well i could not get the printsreen thing to work.. lol soo i coped and pasted and all kind of stuff...
