how to figure the speed of mem chips on video card ?

My Nvidia 6800XT says Samsung 646 k4n561630g-zc2a on the chips.What are these chips rated for speed? I forgot the equation. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, I can't find an old enough "key" that works with your part number. The only ones I can find are much newer, like this one.

Do you know what kind of memory chips they are? GDDR2, GDDR3, DDR2, etc.?

Ok so how can I find out the rated speed of them.I might be able to overclock them much higher if they are clocked under the rated speed.

There's supposed to be a suffix on the chip with the speed bin (in ns, I think). If it's not there you're pretty much stuck with overclocking and seeing what happens.
You kind of are anyway, as there's no way to tell what CAS the GPU's IMC is running.
