How to remove push pin from heatsink?

I want to replace the broken push-pin because of my dumbness, but how to removing the push pin from heatsink and I want to replacing them with bolt-through bracket.

if your planning on buying something get a aftermarket heatsink
i think the coolermaster Hyper212 is good

Hyper 212 is good. Not complicated. Maybe you can get it there. There are many better than stock coolers out there. Not sure of your google fu ability or your knowledge of what to buy.

Keep at it till you get it fixed. You can find what you need.
