I'm not sure if spreading is the correct term, but I think it fits reasonably well.

I've got an account that I use for MS Office and some of the game apps for Win 10 so I don't get ads (Solitaire of course).

One time after a reboot, I was logging in for the game and accidently clicked on the "Use this account everywhere" rather than the "Only use this for Microsoft apps". Now, I've got my desktop backgrounds swapping between my desktop and my laptop where I have Office on both machines. This may be an issue as I use my laptop at work and my desktop background is occasionally NSFW.

I see no place I can rescind this permission, and googling doesn't give me an answer, or even an idea where to look.

Any suggestions as to how I can revoke that permission?
