I've seen a server modded already to accept only 1 person to allow it to start.. thats a good one to practice with.. dont even need help

Please practice on my server lol ! it needs to get used !!!!! it is set up with only 2 people to start the match ! feel free to pm me to change game type / map what ever ..
Its not a mod you just change a number from say 8 to 2 in the config file.
