I need help setting timings for memory to mobo

Full system specs are in sig. I'm having issues getting past 4.5Gh on my oc. I havent been able to discern my memory timings from my UEFI and could use help in what goes where and all that. Up to now i have ran at auto clock setting for memory, other than setting a 1600Mhz memory frequency


Only place to set Memory profile

Disregard the memory running at 1439Mhz. i was resetting everything during the SS.

Here is my settings that i can change for the memory.

Up to this SS i had everything set on auto and this attempt didnt past post so all numbers have been reset to auto.

All the primary timings (the 1st four; 10-10-10-28) in the last SS match the DDR3-1600 XMP profile #1, so just set all the sub-timings (except Command Rate set to 2T) to Auto, and the DRAM voltage to 1.5-1.55V.
