I buy another 3770k and now i can OC to 4.7-4.8ghz :). BUT is CPU temp normal? I expected it to be lower.

Ambient temp = 22°
Radiator temp=25°
GPU: 7970CF OC to 1150mhz full stress = 40°
CPU Prime95 FTU full stress = 80°

I remount it 5 times, and last CPU had same temps range

1000

PC:
CPU: 3770k
GPU: 7970 CF

Pump mcp-35x
Radiator: Air Condition radiator (more than enough)
GPUs heatsink: EK VGA Supremacy

Loop: Pump -> CPU -> GPU1 -> GPU2 -> Rad

Pump speeds: How do i know it on a MPC 35x?

Idle temps after 30 min of running: CPU: 32, GPU1: 34

I see 87C max on one core, which is pretty much at the limit, but still at the safe zone. Low 90s is typically the stopping point.

But are this normal or too high for water cooling?

I think for water cooling that's high. But the issue could easily be with the CPU, like crappy TIM or not making good contact with the IHS. You have better cooling than I do on my 3570k and my temps are lower. BUT, you also run higher voltage, I am at 1.28 under load with Prime. Just some food for thought.

I got those temps running 4.8Ghz and the hyper212+.
Although your cpu runs hotter than mine anyway, it still seems a bit too hot for watercooling. Could be your cooling device though, maybe it's not sufficient enough?
