IC7 all versions and PLL cooling

Just applied all of my chipsinks, save two mosfet sinks for the two mosfets near the ram slots- lower left corner of Batboy's photo. The one closest to the ram blocks the little clip that you have to push down on to remove the ram, for the other one I couldn't fit the mosfet sink in between the caps that surround the mosfet.

On a Max3, will the OTES system be less or more efficient than the four MOSFET coolers on the far right of Batboys picture?

Looking at the picture, I get the impression that the mosfet coolers can actuallly be fitted underneath the OTES?
