Installing Win 7 twice

I wanted to buy Windows 7 for a new computer, but I am so confused as to which copy I actually need to buy.

I am fairly confident I just need the basic and simple Home Premium but I have been made aware that it's a one time install.

What can I get that would be for multiple installs? There is a Mac in my house that I want to install Windows on for BootCamp, as well as my new computer which needs a copy of Windows. Is there anyway that this can be done legally?

Would I need to buy two separate keys? If I do what happens in the event of a failure and I need to reinstall it on to the same machine?

I also have a version of 32 bit Vista which has never been opened or used. Could I somehow take advantage of this and use the 'upgraded' Win 7 instead?

Thanks for the clarification!
