Intel 730 480gb raid 0 stripe size?

Dear,
two days ago I installed raid 0 system on x79 platform , but when I've got option to chose stripe size while creating raid0 i didn't know what to put, and i let 32kb stripe size(default option).
My work consist working with small files 10-30kb (notepad files , I've got 10-15gb of database) , and i read/write those small files everyday while i work.
So i just wanted to know if i seted up proper/optimal stripe size?
And also i would like to ask whats difference between 32-128kb stripe size in real life/work?
