I'm looking to go balls to the wall with the best liquid cooler on the market today: the h240x http://www.swiftech.com/H240-X.aspx

It's a 140mm radiator, and I have no room to mount it inside my case, so i'm looking to use a mounting brack it to have it hang off the back of my case, using one of these.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004KO9DA0 (120mm version)
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004KO2H4O/ (140mm version)

The problem is that the back of my case has a 120mm fan mount, not 140mm... is it possible to mount that using the 120mm or 140mm fan mount somehow? If not, is there some sort of mount that will allow me to mount this thing to my case? I'm using a cooler master stacker 830.

Not the best case for liquid cooling as it looks to me you'll have to mod the case. On top of that, you could look at the H220x and grab a 120m bracket from XSPC or Koolance but because of the way the H220x/H240x is designed with the res and pump mounted on the radiator, not sure you can hang that out that back and if you could, you'd have to drain the loop to get the tubing through modified holes on the case and not even sure your tubing would be long enough either.

Your best bet is to try and sell the case and grab another one that is water cooling friendly or grab a 120mm AIO cooler for your CPU but there are air coolers out there that can equally perform, if not better.

You could also modify the top to allow the tubing pass through and design a mount to hold the radiator above the top. This is assuming the Tubing will reach once mounted. Also, Swiftech used to make a mount to put a 2x120 radiator on the back of a case with only a single 120 mount. They make a 140 version that would work
