I was lurking around ebay for a bit and came across a Asrock 970 Extreme4 Motherboard... it comes with AMD FX-8120 x8 Eight Core CPU+ 4gb DDR3 Memory for $361 just want to know if thats a good price for that

Oh wow thats much cheaper... & 1 more question with that mobo & cpu is that good for gaming?

It will serve. Your graphics card selection will make a better difference if gaming is your primary use of the build. And don't forget to get a decent/reliable PSU to power it.

I have a Evga Nvida Gtx 560 superclocked & 700w PSU waiting to be used !

i think i might go with the Asrock extreme4 with intel i5 3750 cpu on microcenter seems... im pretty sure thats better than what i posted right?
