Yes they're fine, but personally Id get either of these and save myself some money? Any particular reason why you chose low voltage sticks?

Newegg was sold out of the cheaper sniper, and I like the color scheme lol.. I Just wanted to make sure they would work properly as this is my first build, I just got the sticks in today and saw z87 on front of package. Then I read fine print and am3+ was listed so I had a sigh of relief..

They are fine, and maybe because they are low voltage you might be able to run them at tighter timings at 1.5 v but that's up to you. I use a bunch of different G. Skill sticks in my AMD builds and they run without a problem.
