yup, what are temps from a reputable program?

what is your current cpu cooler?

they make decent air coolers for as low as $30/40 and up to $80; h100i is ok, swiftech h220 is better.

what case do you have? how are temps if you take the side panel off and game for an hour or so?

Watercooling definitely works great when done properly, but a good Delta fan is a cheaper solution if you don't already have one. (And of course, you can still use Delta fans on your watercooling setup.)
