the best deal ive seen were some gskill sniper 3600 2x8gb modules for $160 at newegg but that was quite a while ago. last month i believe. my best guess would be a solid 2x8gb 3200+ kit for $150-$160 in the next month or two. ill try to post up any good deals i find.
also to add to the discussion it seems that all of the big 3 are being questioned by China. well have to see how the whole tariff issue goes.

As you probably noticed, almost everything new from "gaming" memory kits is at relaxed timings and is based on new Micron and Hynix. Samsung stays in older and expensive series. The same is for most brands, even G.Skill.
