max tdp in mobo emaxx 880g-fx

Hey guys, is max tdp is synonymous with the wattage of the proc in cpuid hardware monitor?

for example. my mobo is 95w tdp max but in cpuid it shows 105w.
 
I think that's what is being measured (somehow) at that time. You should take it with a grain of salt, though. AMD's are typically under-rated for TDP, if anything, so if you're not OC'ed and the chip is 95W than I'm sure the program is wrong.

What CPU is it?
 
I wouldn't worry about it. If it boots into Windows fine you're probably okay. I certainly wouldn't overclock it very much and if you do go with only what extra you can get on stock voltage.
