Good to hear it works now
One thing about BIOS releases. You can expect a lot of new releases just after motherboard premiere. After that there are only significant changes and bug fixes so if there is one BIOS per 2-3 months then is still good. Also use the best BIOS, not the last one. All those who are overclocking "for sport" test various releases and stick to the best one, even if it's old version.
ASUS ROG has much longer support than "standard" series so you can be sure that if anything is wrong then ASUS will fix it in some time. Usually ROG motherboards have at least 6-12 months longer BIOS suppport and it's also included in ROG higher price.
Pretty much all motherboards are performing additional training above ~3600. 4133 memory, even on the QVL list is nothing else than overclocked setting so motherboard sees it the same as low frequency overclocked kit ... just that manufacturers tested and confirmed it will work at XMP settings.
Looking at your results, BIOS is not the limiting factor and all results are good. Stability and other things can be BIOS related but OC in general is as good as expected. Don't trust what most other users are showing in the web. A lot of results are fake or not tested right and it's really easy to cheat on the screenshots.
