I am using Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz BLUE
 
For the most part memory fans are a waste of money, because DRAM modules normally don't get hot enough to require the extra cooling. Good case ventilation w/ decent heat spreaders like those on the Vengence is normally all that's required when overclocking. If you're not supplying an inordinate amount of Vddq w/ extremely high DRAM frequencies then a memory fan isn't worth it. Also consider the max. safe operating temp. spec. of ~ 85ºC / 185ºF set by most RAM manufacturers.
 
True but some of the ram cooling fans can be cheap and cheerfull brightening a dull case if you like that sort of thing.
