I've finally given up on my quest for a wireless ergonomic keyboard, and after dealing with my current wireless ergo keyboard having problems with keys going bad on the membrane, I've decided that I'll get a wired ergo mechanical.

So far, I've only found 2 models, both around $250.

This one is nice and small:

The Kinesis looks interesting, but I'm not sure I want my hands that far apart.

Any other suggestions, or are those pretty much my choices? I'm not interested in the actual 2-piece versions.

While those look like great options, I have a wired Microsoft Ergo 4000 keyboard that I have been using for 7 years now with no issues, I have even taken it completely apart to soak in soap water for cleaning and still works like a champ.
