"Memory not found," > locked up > restarted > all OK.

Is this designating bad memory stick or motherboard issue or something else? This is on my sig's Z170 MB below.
 
Maybe just a hiccup, but if it happened to me I'd do the standard - run Memtest86+ overnight, check it in the morning, and take it from there.
 
It's sometimes a problem with contact - dust or something else. Remove the memory, clean the pins with alcohol, and clean the slot with condensed air or something similar. I guess that memory stick passes stability tests, memtest, or anything else.
