Micron Technology RAM?

I currently have 16GB of Micron Technology RAM (1600MHz) at 11-11-11-28.

I would like to upgrade to 16GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM (1600MHz) at 9-9-9-24.

Noticeable difference?

Knowing Microns I would simply change settings manually to 1600 9-9-9 ( if not tighter ). Most newer Microns are running @1600 8-8-8 1.60-1.65V or 9-9-9 1.50-1.60V. I also wouldn't be surprised if Corsair Vengeance 1600 will be based on Microns
