SOLVED Mobo upgrade question.

Hi cheesy question,

I am pondering on upgrading my mobo, only reason is for better overclock advantages.
My current Mobo is pretty much the latest & has usb 3 & sata 6.
I dont wish to run Sli, which all the decent looking boards seem to have now.

So my question is using the same memory, would it make a lot of difference upgrading from my basic to say a Crosshair? & losing the usb 3 option?

Keep that mobo, no point of shelling out 200 $+. You should see if you can overclock with this one, if you have major problems, then go with the Maximus.
