What do you want to do with this computer? Any specific games or other applications you want to run? What settings and resolution do you want to game at? That will help decide which GPU might be best.

If just gaming, the 3570K is a popular suggestion. The Asrock Extreme 4 is also a common suggestion for motherboards, as its competitive with similar units but a bit cheaper.

I was considering getting the 3570k and the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K
EVGA SSC 01G-P4-3652-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

i just got a rosewill 630w to go with my rosewill challenger case. now is 8g ram enough? i have a ssd on the way as my boot drive

Hmmm, that GPU is a little behind the rest of the rig. For $750 you can do much better:

* i5-3570K ($230)
* ASRock Z77 Extreme6 ($160)
* GigaByte HD7950 3GB ($300)

that comes to $690. Also, unless you have a good quality PSU, I'd also recommend to get one. For this setup ~500-550W will be plenty

good suggestions... though for the rest of this week Newegg (till the 22nd) is selling the Powercolor 7870 XT (tahiti core) for about $200.

Thats way too much GPU at way too little a price point to pass over. (the 13% off promo code comes off the current price, so you'd get it for like $207)

To be honest, that is not the best PSU. If you had ask here people would definitely recommend to go for Seasonic, Corsair, etc top reliable brands.

Hey guys! Maybe this is not the right place, but I have a question... At this moment, I have an AMD FX-4100 and a ASUS 760g chipset MoBo... The question is that if it's better to change my MoBo for an 990x chipset , or save more money and change my FX-4100 to a i5 2500k and a buy a MoBo Z68..? I know that nobody likes the FX series, but I have no problem with my processor... So, in this case I want to know what's better..?

Thanks for your help!!!

The 2500K is probably the better option.

If you want a middle ground, getting a 970 or 990X board and selling your 4100 for a 6300 would still be a good upgrade, and cost less than the 2500K/Z68.

However, next time you have a question, please make your own thread. :)
