Hi,
next month I would like to upgrade my current system to one with a 5960x cpu.

Im confused on which motherboard to buy as Ive heard mixed reviews of the Asus x99 deluxe. On top of that the Asus X99 deluxe has a new model with USB 3.1 and they are discontinuing the older model and charging over $100 more for the new one. USB 3.1 is not something I care about.

What I use my computer for:
After Effects and Premiere Pro editing

Here is the system im thinking of building:

5960x cpu
X99 motherboard - suggestions welcome
32gb (possibly 64gb) DDR 4 ram - suggestions welcome
Water Cooling - suggestions welcome
GTX 970 (taking from my current build)
Samsung SM950 m.2 drive (taking from my current build)
Corsair AX860 PSU (taking from my current build)

questions:
1) what motherboard should I get to best overclock and utilize the 8 core 5960x?
2) will 64gb ram (over having 32gb) help with video editing? If so, in what way?
3) will faster ddr 4 ram help with loading ram previews in after effects?
4) will an corsair ax860 PSU be enough PSU for my project?

Many thanks in advance.
