I'll be running 3 watercooled GTX 470's on a MSI 890FXA-GD70 w/ FX-6100, and plan on cooling the CPU with an COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO. This will be monted to a tech station with the Rads below the MB tray.

Will this cooler work ok as far as cooling the MB components? Or do I need to mount a fan to cool the MB, or use a different CPU cooler?

212 EVO probably enough. No cpu cooler except for a few now that have a few of the bottom fins opposite the blowing fan that angle some airflow down onto the motherboard; have a lot of effect on cooling the motherboard outright.
