I am looking for a decent program for making event tickets for a stag and doe.The one staples gives is crap and Avery is crap to is there any other good programs out there?.....

You don't need special software... you just need to make sure whatever you're printing aligns properly. Notepad will suffice if all you want is text Use Word of LibreOffice Writer and make something up, and copy it multiple times on the page for whatever number of tickets is on your card stock.
