Hey run heaven benchmark Directx 11 2.5 @ 1.45 volts that costs me 10 fps for some reason on that cpu. I have that cpu and at 1.42 volts @ 4.0 Gigs i get 10 fps more. Try it out and see if you have the same change in fps.

I slowly moved the cpu's voltage from 1.40 to 1.45 that's were it was stable. I was wonder why the temps are so high its watercooled great case management. It's 23.89c in my house all winter and in the summer cooler with ac kicking so. i do have crossfire cards and 16gb of ram i can see some extra heat from those but this high seems crazy to me. just trying to see other people normal temps at 100% load

Pyle for starters could you let us know what are the components in the case. What type of watercooling are you using. Also when you snip those screen shots you should do them individually, it makes them a lot easier to read.

Please include images of CPU-z "Memory" and "SPD" tabs. What is your CPUNB voltage set to?

Your Core Voltage is getting bumped up to 1.5 v under load. Seems like an excessive amount of volts for a 4.0 clock.

Yeah im at 50 to 55 C on water at 4gigs as well. As long as you dont go past 60 C your ok . Idle temps are 30C on my rig.

My cpu/nb = 1.30v@2200
1.15v@auto 2000 settings

I made sure the cpu/nb was set to the stock voltage of 1.15v and its still the same temps any other ideas?

I would bump your CPUNB up a little from stock even if you are not overclocking the frequency of the CPUNB. It can help with overall stability when overclocking the CPU.

What are your ambient temps like, PyLe?

normal temps in winter 23.89c in summer like now even cooler

Hey PyLe, how's about putting your system info in your "Sig" so we have ready access to the info as the thread has gotten longer now. It's a common courtesy on the forum. Go to Quick Links and Edit Signature. You can refer to mine or someone else's if you want an example of the info we find helpful.
