Need help OCing FX-8350!!!

Okay, so I got my new FX-8350 cpu, updated the BIOS on my MSI 890FXA-GD70 motherboard, set all the timings correct for the RAM (8,8,8,27 @ 2T).

I turned off AMD Cool and Quiet, Turbo Core, and C1E Support.

However, whenever I try to go above 4.2Ghz the system won't boot. I'm not certain if I should be increase the VVD CPU Voltage or just the CPU voltage. Any advice?
