I am going to order a new ASUS p5gdc-v but i need a new psu for it since i am going from an older 1.8 p4. I need to know if either of these would work with the new style board:

Help me out here guys and gals!

I'm at a loss here. Will any standard atx power supply work with the new 775 socket boards or is there somthing new that i dont know about yet?

same brand, basically the same thing but with 450W, $45.

These are Leadman/Powmax made units - one of the more unreliable brands out there. A good PSU can be had under $60, but the manufacturer's reputation for build quality should be the first thing one looks for IMO. Fortron/Sparkle has a few models worth looking at, but my suggestion would be this new model:

It can also be found as a Blue Storm unit under the Fortron name on Newegg with a 120mm fan, higher price tag, and a fancy blue case.
