I normally purchase a high end motherboard. However, this time around I am not. I dont overclock and have no plans to implement crossfire.

The motherboard will go in a P183 case with an H50 in push/pull, which means the mosfett heatsink cannot be any taller than the back panel. Additionaly, I have a Live Fatal1ty (PCI Express x1). It has to be at least 2 slots from the video card, due to heat transfer (I have no idea why boards still come with PCI slots).

I want:

AMD Chipset ( I already have the AM3 proc )
Sata III
USB 3.0
The more PCI Express the better. However, two are required (x16 for GeForce 460 and one for Sound Card).

Prefer:

Side facing SATA

Any Suggestions?

:welcome: to OCF!

The cheapest I can find matching your needs are linked below, one at $90 and one at $100 but w/$15 MIR. As I suspected before I went looking, neither has MOSFET heatsinks to worry about and, since you won't be OC'ing, I don't see that as much of an issue, either. If you decide to OC in the future, and many of these cheap boards can do that, I would strongly recommend adding heatsinks to those. ;)
