Need opinion, is this LGA 775 socket broken?

Hello,

A friend of mine got a Q9550 cpu and he says his rig is not running, he's suspecting that the socket have bent pins.

I'm not too familiar with cpu sockets so I thought I'd ask here, here is the picture (sorry about the dirt)

I see a few bent pins, they need to ne set correctly, when that is done, i see no reason why it should not work.

I saw a lot of bent pins. Not gonna be easy to line them back up properly...
It's definitely the motherboard though. You found your problem.
