Well, I just ordered the IT7 through a local shop. Their distributor claims to have them in stock, and I'll pickup tomorrow. Price was $159+tax. I'll mate this with some PC3200 and some kind of P4 and see what happens.

Anyone care to suggest a good cooler, case & power supply?

After several days of stress testing, my friend had to lower to 172FSB (2.75GHz) to be completely stable @1.7VCore. Temp between 42 ~ 50 C.
