new build. msi m7 code 00. no picture!

cant figure out whats wrong, brand new build. put everytihng together and motherboard showing 00.

cant display picture from video card or internal video.

doa motherboard???

Is your BIOS at the latest revision?

00 means it can't see CPU or there is other issue related to socket or CPU. In most cases board is damaged. If it won't work after reseating CPU then it's probably DOA.
