Well, I am in the process of a Cooler Master RMA. It was the fan for the Seidon 120v cooler. I had a very similar experience to yours so far. I will say they are NOT fast, but seem to be getting things resolved with little fuss.

Jun 20 Reply from Customer support which was basically a link to parts request page
Jun 21 Filled out part request form, did not have serial but attached Newegg receipt
Jun 25 Email informing my request was approved
Jun 30 Email update that item has shipped
Current estimated delivery is July 5
