Hey, help us help you we need to know what CPU you use and if you intend on overclocking and to what extend.

What case you have so we can suggest coolers that will fit.

Only problem is you have socket 775 and many coolers do not support it any more.

Unless you have some serious overclocking in place, you can use the stock Intel cooler without issue.

Depending on available space, there are a ton of options but due to age, it may be difficult to find them.

From Frostytech, looks like this Xigmatek heatsink keeps up with the game pretty darn well.

Here's data showing how well many coolers perform at different heat levels. Notice how close they all are at 117w.. most are less that 6c difference. But look at 345w and the difference is up to 22c

Make sure it'll fit in your case and over your RAM since we weren't given system specs.

My case is hec miditower 6AR6 and OCZ platinum ddr2 1066 4 GB memory
the problem i think is with the long silent pipe and north bridge

Mmmh can you measure the clearance you have in all directions? Then I would look up the specs of a DH 14 or maybe someone here is kind enough to measure his for.you. I doubt anyone could tell from the picture.
