Might. Try it. But you need to have fans somewhere that are pushing the air out of the case. You still need to have some fans be exhaust to get rid of the hot air build up in the case. The only problem with your idea might be that now you would be using warmed air coming off the radiator to cool the VRM heatsink area. Yes, you will have turbulence but you would just have to see how it works in the balance. Overclocking is all about experimentation.
 
Yea, I was thinking just reverse that big 230?mm fan in the front for exhaust. If the front is mesh, that will help as well.
