New P4 RIG

I am planning to buy this in the next 4 days. Tell me if you see any conflics of hardware.

Coolermaster ATC-201C-SX2 Case
Enermax Whisper 350Watt P4 PS

Any conflics of Hardware? Any one use a P4 2.4B in the P4B533-E?

You won`t go far wrong with your choice of upgrade but you can actualy buy the P4B533-V @ www.ebuyer.com for less than the E Mobo the V is better because it has the 845G chipset also on board graphics, tho not very good about the same as Geforce 2 Ultra???
The system runs so much cooler than my AMD 1600+ & of course its a lot faster.

Idle @ 37C / Load @ 43C
I am using the Cooler Master Silent Heat Pipe (IHC-L71) with 20.5 CFM / 2500 RPM It runs about 6C cooler than the Intel stock H/Sink fan combo.
Any way its early days yet but I do not have any conflicts which is more that can be said with Via probs I had on my last system (Sound latency etc.)
To sum up I am now running a very fast stable / quiet / cool system.

In order to hit 3 gigs your gonna need to get the FSB up to 166, your gonna want to atleast get some good PC2700 memory.

Thats a nice overclock you have 1.6 to 2.4

Thanks, it can go a little higher but I really gotta up the voltage and it's not worth frying for a few more Mhz to me.
