noob help i7 2600 oc?

do i have to use this bios utilty or can i use something else to alter cpu settings?

You have to use Bios turbo settings and you can go 4 bins over stock turbo and that will be 4.2GHz, with one core and 3.9GHz with 4 cores.

You can use the stock cooler it will work fine to keep it under 80c

i press delete and the efi bios utility comes up...but there is nothing in that to where i can alter settings!!

Dude, why you didn't bought the K-Version If you planned to do overclocking..

There should be a tab that you can click in the top right corner which will allow you to go to the advanced setup where you can adjust settings.
