OC i5 10600k but Windows10 20H2 blocks BIOS OC settings

So, just a quick update.
Thanks again for the instructions.
My PC certainly runs nicely. If I can get more out of it, without problems, I'll go for it.

I've also accelerated my video card very well.
It remains a bit slow, but everything runs better.

What does this mean? Can you put it in some context? What benchmark is 'slow'? What are you supposed to 'score' and what are you getting?

Ah, I mean, my video card is not top of the edge....
When I - the software - use my GPU, I notice that it is not of a super fast card.
