Your memory's already running at the correct settings. Like the article you linked to says, OCing the RAM doesn't really change much and it's not worth the effort.

Look at the 3rd column in the SPD tab and the settings in the memory tab. Since they're the same, your memory is running at the correct settings. Per the SPD tab, if you want 7-7-7 timings you'd have to go all the way down to 1066MHz.
